Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. BR Tiny Closet LLC is not responsible for manufacturer defects. We do not produce the clothing, bags, or other items, we only provide the embroidery.
If there is an issue with your item (such as damage, defect, or error), please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order by email at brtinycloset@gmail.com. Include photos and a brief description of the issue, so that we can review it promptly.
Any claims made after 48hrs of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
Refunds / Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fact our items are custom and made to order. Please send us an email if you have any problems with your order.
